Pain clinic

What would be an ideal pain clinic? How do we know which program is more effective?
The body of evidence in medical research shows more and more evidence about multi-disciplinary pain management effectivity. Pain is an enemy with thousand faces and we should attack it from all aspects possible to us. Combination of medications, physical therapy, psychological guidance and therapy, proper procedures and self management techniques in a coordinated manner would provide better chances of improvement. It is unlikely that only one modality of treatment would be effective in manging a condition with many aspects. So look for multi-disciplinary programs. Also it is important to see if the clinic has some way of measuring the outcomes and how their track record has been on that aspect.
Good luck

  7. A good pain management program begins with small steps. Physical Therapists coach patients to move more and to work with their bodies and not against them. They measure strength, flexibility, and stamina then set out a recovery plan for the patient. kamagra
